O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and take action against the third respondent and his family members, as per the representation dated 22.03.2018 submitted by the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of certain properties, but, strangely the petitioner has not even given the description of the properties in this petition to pass any order.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is valid decree in favour of the petitioner as against the third respondent and the same has been confirmed by this Court in SA.No.935 of 2015.

4. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition with the above prayer. In the opinion of this Court, a direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the respondent police is directed to ensure that there is no law and order problem in that area.
