This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 11.10.2017 filed by the petitioner requesting them to issue transfer of Licence in the name of the petitioner as sole Licensee for dispensing pump selling at No.245, G.N.T.Road, Gummidipoondi Town, Thiruvallur District and F-87, SIPCOT Complex, Gummidipoondi Bypass, Thiruvallur District, within a specified period.
2.The petitioner herein is the fourth respondent in another W.P.No.4297 of 2017. Today the above writ petition filed by the father of the petitioner herein is dismissed, by passing a separate order. The findings given therein are to be read as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
part and parcel of this order as well, since the issue involved in both the cases is one and the same.
3.In view of the dismissal of the abovesaid writ petition, it is for the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner seeking for transfer of license by considering his representation dated 11.10.2017 and pass orders accordingly. Thus, the writ petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2017 and pass orders on the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
