The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.222 of 2007 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Parangipettai and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and hence, the present criminal original petition may be closed.
