The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 506(1) of I.P.C., in Crime No.17 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that a Non Bailable Warrant has been issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vriddhachalam in respect of the case in C.C.No.225 of 2021 as against the petitioner/A1 on 17.11.2022 and the same is pending.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vriddhachalam within a period of two weeks

from today and to file a petition to recall NBW already issued against him. On filing of such petition, the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
