JUDGMENT

The present Appeal has been filed challenging the order, dated 30.04.1996 made in LAOP No.34 of 1994 on the file of the learned Additional subordinate Judge of Chengalpattu.

2. Heard Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant.

3. The sole respondent who had died was sought to be substituted by his legal heirs and necessary miscellaneous petitions were taken and the said CMPs were dismissed as early as on 22.07.2013. As such the Appeal suit had become abated in view of the death of the sole respondent.

4. In fine, the Appeal suit is dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
