2. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition due to subsequent development.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the attempt made to bring about a settlement between the parties failed and hence, permission to conduct the car festival was dropped. In the light of the above development, this contempt petition is closed.
