ORDER

Criminal Revision Case No.2201 of 2025 was allowed by this Court vide order dated 31.10.2025, however, with the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/-(Rupees seventy five thousand only) to the credit of S.T.C.No.1897 of 2022 before the Magistrate concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the petitioner could not comply with the said condition, he filed a miscellaneous petition in Crl.M.P.No.23419 of 2025 seeking extension of time for depositing the conditional amount by a further period of two weeks. The said miscellaneous petition was ordered by this Court on 08.12.2025 granting two weeks time to the petitioner to deposit the amount as directed by this Court on 31.10.2025. Since the petitioner could not comply with the said condition even after extension of time granted vide order dated 08.12.2025, this second extension of time petition has been filed.

2. However, the prayer in the instant miscellaneous petition has been drafted as if the petitioner wants extension of time to comply with the order dated 08.12.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.23419 of 2025. 2/4

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and finally, two weeks time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 31.10.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.2201 of 2025. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to deposit the amount of Rs.75,000/- as directed, the order dated 31.10.2025 shall stand cancelled without further reference to this Court. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
