This Court was pleased to grant an Anticipatory Bail in Crl.O.P.No.30358 of 2022 on 04.01.2023 on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.25 of 2022. Thereafter, an application was filed in Crl.M.P.No.2438 of 2023 seeking to modify the condition of deposit of a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-.

2. The order passed in Crl.O.P.No.30358 of 2022 on 04.01.2023 has been modified vide order dated 15.02.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2438 of 2023 and directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Thereafter, since the conditional order dated 04.01.2023, which was modified on 15.02.2023 had not been complied with, the order granting interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 04.01.2023 was dismissed on 24.03.2023.

4. Subsequently, the present petition has been filed seeking acticipatory bail.

5. This Court has already passed an order and has modified the same. Therefore, I am not inclined to pass a fresh order in this petition. However, considering the circumstances, I am willing to extend the time for a deposit of a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) for a further period of three (3) weeks.

6. Mr.R.Udayakumar, learned counsel appearing for Intervener has no objection. It is placed on record. Time is granted till 09.06.2023 to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30358 of 2022 as modified in Crl.M.P.No.2438 of 2023.

7. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
