Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for filing the reply as well as the supporting documents before the 3rd respondent by two weeks by order dated 06.06.2022 in WP.No.12323/2022 (in WMP.No.15201 of 2022). Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ANR JAYAPRATHAP, Junior Standing Counsel for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed for extension of time to comply with the timelines under order dated 06.06.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The petitioner, in line with the permission granted at para 4 in order dated 06.06.2022 appeared before R3 on 15.06.2022. However, it seeks a further two weeks time to file reply and supporting documents as the same could not be uploaded on 15.06.2022 as the portal had not supported such uploading.
3. Mr.ANR Jayaprathap, learned Junior Standing Counsel does not dispute this fact and states that the portal stands rectified today and that the petitioner will not face any difficulty in uploading the reply and documents.
4. Hence, time of two weeks is granted from today for uploading of the reply with annexures and four weeks from date of uploading of the reply to R3, to pass orders, in accordance with law.
