It is stated by Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner has not made the representation before the proper and competent authority, namely, The Joint Commissioner, HR & CE, Coimbatore. On the other hand, he made such representation before the 2nd respondent, who is not having any jurisdiction over the said Temple.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn this writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the concerned official.

3. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
