The Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to furnish the information sought for by the petitioner in his application dated 06.11.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order of the Second Appellate Authority dated 27.03.2025 has also and made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order of the Second Appellate Authority dated 27.03.2025, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
