ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who were arrested on 29.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 454, 380 of I.P.C in Crime No.125 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner broke open the front door of the house of the defacto complainant and stolen jewels and other valuables worth about Rs.75,000/- . Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate submits that due to nonappearance a non bailable warrant was issued against him on 03.12.2020 meanwhile he was arrested in a case in Cr.No.32 of 2021 of Tiruppur North Police Station. He further submits that the petitioner was arrested by issuance of P.T. Warrant in C.C.No.25 of 2020.
