3.This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this writ miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for and the writ petition which was dismissed for non prosecution on 05.04.2022 is restored.

Registry is directed to restore and list W.P.No.3212 of 2018 for hearing on 11.10.2022.
