CMP.No.13367/2018 in CRP.No.2909 of 2013 AQJ This Court by its order dated 29.6.18 in CMP.No.11697/2017 in CRP.2909/13 condoned the delay on condition that the Petitioner pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the learned Counsel for the respondent within one week from the date of the said order.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has complied with the said conditional order, which is also accepted by the learned Counsel for the respondent.

Since the conditional order passed in CMP.No.11697/2017 in CRP.2909/2013 has been complied with, the petition CMP.No.13367/2018 to restore the CRP is allowed.
