mandamus directing the respondents and particularly 3rd respondent herein to correct the error committed by them while preparing the FMB (Field Sketch Map) in the year 1995 and to issue new Patta in respect of the petitioner property comprised in Old S.No.53/2 in R.S.No.53/2A2, near Bus Stand Sankarapuram, Villupuram District through considering the petitioner representation dated 24.03.2014 submitted to the respondents in accordance with law.
3. It appears that order of eviction was passed in pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12584 of 2014 dated 20.8.2014. Challenging the said action, the petitioner filed another writ petition in W.P.No.25098 of 2015 in which the Division Bench of this Court was pleased to dispose of the writ petition by order dated 13.8.2015 by treating the notice impugned therein as a show cause notice. Thus, the relief sought for by the writ petitioner no longer survives at this stage. It depends upon the order passed by the competent authority in W.P.No.25098 of 2015.
4. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy based upon the decision to be taken by the competent authority in pursuant to the direction issued in W.P.No.25098 of 2015.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
