This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry against the second respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2023.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dated 23.03.2023 given to the first respondent against the second respondent has not been considered so far.
3. Mr.M.Aswin, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the first Respondent and submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2023 will be disposed of within a period of six weeks. Page Nos.2/4

This Court, without going into the merits of the averments made in the representation dated 23.03.2023, directs the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
