PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed for further extension of time granted to the petitioner on 21.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.5230 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3326 of 2022 to execute sureties.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand only) towards the Legal Services Authority, Chennai and time granted in Crl.M.P.No.5230 of 2022 is further extended to the petitioner till 08.07.2022 to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted."
