The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.08.2015, investigate the same and to file a final report in accordance with law. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that he stood as a guarantor for one Mr.Raja for a loan amount of Rs.10 lakhs extended by VVNS Financiers. They disbursed a sum of Rs.8.50 lakhs to the said Raja after deducting the initial interest. Thereafter, the said Raja did not repay the loan amount. Hence, VVNS Financiers pressurized the petitioner to pay the loan amount, as he stood as a Guarantor for the said Raja and the petitioner also paid the loan amount to VVNS Financiers by availing loan from SBI Bank. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the said Raja and others conspired together and cheated him with a malafide intention. In this regard, the petitioner made a complaint to the respondent police on 31.08.2015 and C.S.R.No.73 of 2015 was assigned to it. having no other alternative, the petitioner has come up with the present Criminal Original Petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on his complaint. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed and no further orders are necessary in this petition. He also submitted that Closure Report was served to the counsel for the petitioner.

Taking note of the said submissions, as the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed, nothing further survives for consideration in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
