Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the Bail Condition para 6(c) to the petitioner order in Crl.O.P.No.10363 of 2021 in order dated 15.06.2021 Cr.No.150/2021 on the file of the Respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.JAYAMOHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police imposed in the order dated 15.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.10363 of 2021.

2.Heard both sides.

3.On 21.08.2018, when the order was passed, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.This Court finds nothing onerous in the said condition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
