This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16521 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21742 of 2022 on 04.11.2022.

2. Heard.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
