These revisions arise against orders of learned Principal Sub Judge, Salem, passed in I.A.Nos. 6 and 34 of 2014 in I.P.No.52 of 2013 on 18.03.2015.
2. Petitioner has moved I.P.No. 52 of 2013 before learned Principal Sub Judge, Salem, seeking declaration of the first respondent as an insolvent person. He has moved I.A.Nos.6 and 34 of 2014 towards impleading third parties as also the Sub Registrar as party respondents towards preventing registration of documents pertaining to the property belonging to respondents.
3. The Court below rightly has dismissed the applications. Under Section 53 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, which provides for avoidance of voluntary transfers, the interests of the petitioner would be protected.
