[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] It is represented on behalf of the 1st Respondent / Collector, Chennai District that a compound wall was raised in Old Survey No.348/1A Part, which is a 'Sarkar Poramboke' and as per orders of this Court dated 12.01.2018, the encroached portion of wall comprised in T.S.No.64, Block No.56 of Konmur Village was removed by the Corporation Authorities in the presence of Tahsildar, Ayanavaram Taluk on 31.01.2018 at 10.00 a.m.
2. Recording the aforesaid fact, this Court closes the present Writ Petition, since nothing survives for further adjudication. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
