Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 08.02.2013 Ref.

Letter No.SE/CW/PAIV/1036/2007 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner to participate in all tenders. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Thanka Sivan For Respondents : Mr.N.SampathZ

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition to quash the impugned order dated 08.02.2013 in Ref. Letter No.SE/CW/PAIV/1036/2007 passed by the 2nd respondent.
