The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the revenue records were mutated based on the fraudulent documents and hence, he is requesting to implead the Sub-Registrar concerned as party to the writ proceedings.

2.Even if the statement of the petitioner were to be assumed true, the fact remains that the documents are already mutated and registered and if it has to be individually decided, the presence of the Sub-Registrar neither going to improve the situation nor going to spoil the situation vis-a-vis the main prayer as sought in the Writ Petition.

3.Hence, the implead petition in WMP.No.16397 of 2020 stands dismissed.

4.Post the main Writ Petition on 11.06.2021.
