and decided on the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2023 is considered as per the provision of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood Regulation) Act, 2014.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere with the running of petitioner's bunk shop at Old No.174-177, New No.326 - 332, Opposite to Srinidhi Apartment, L-Block, 4th Avenue, Kurunchi Colony, Santhi Colony Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600 040, wherein the petitioner is selling Tea, Coffee, Snacks, juice, Tiffin and other food items therein by using LPG gas stove till the Town Vending Committee is formed and also to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2023 as per the provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood Regulation) Act, 2014.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned standing counsel for Corporation would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of the representation, no coercive action shall be taken against the writ petitioner. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
