This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue and restore the Patta No.141 in the name of the petitioner for the lands covered under Sy.Nos.903/2. 903/3, 903/5, and 903/6 measuring 0.79 cents with 15 coconut trees in the Achettipalli Village, Hosur Taluk.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate, would submit that earlier summons had been issued to the third respondent but due to the elections, enquiry was not conducted. He would further submit that fresh summons will be issued to the third respondent and thereafter, enquiry will be conducted. Page No.2 of 4

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to complete the enquiry after hearing the third respondent and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
