ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to issue a direction to dispose of the suit in OS.No.32 of 2024 on the file of the Learned II Additional District Court, Tiruppur as expeditiously as possible within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2024 and also the parties are more than 55 years old. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
