ORDER
The petitioner, placing reliance upon the documents, such as sale deed dated 17.09.1975 in favour of petitioner's grand father, release deed dated 17.02.2009 in his favour and the Encumbrance Certificate dated 18.02.2015, made representations dated 10.08.2015 and 22.08.2015 seeking sub division of the property before the 3rd respondent. As the said representations have not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.
Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.08.2015 and 22.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the third parties if any.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
