This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.9374 of 2023 in

Crl.O.P.No.6523 of 2023 dated 07.07.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a week morning at 10.30 a.m., until further is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
