Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for the appointment to the post of B.T. Assistant (Science) in the second respondent school by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2018.

ORDER

Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent.

2. By consent of both parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The present writ petition has been filed praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for the appointment to the post of B.T. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Assistant (Science) in the second respondent school by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2018.

4. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the averments made in the petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
