The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.73 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Ranipet to the Sub-Court, Tambaram. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a resident of Varadharajapuram near Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. However, Mr.D.A.Sugumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has no objection for transfer of HMOP.No.73 of 2021 from the Sub-Court, Ranipet to the Sub-Court, Tambaram.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, HMOP.No.73 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Ranipet is withdrawn and transferred to the Sub-Court, Tambaram to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law.
