Mr.S.Diwakar Addl. Govt. Pleader COMMON ORDER The petitioners said to have obtained sale deeds in their favour on 23.01.2015. Thereafter, they obtained patta on 19.03.2015. On 18.06.2015, the petitioners have made applications for measuring the land. As the said applications, have not been considered, the present writ petitions have been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the applications and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the petitioners' applications dated 18.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as to the third parties if any. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
