The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.08.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 379 read with Section 34 of IPC and 102 of Cr.P.C., in crime No.109 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, already final report is filed in this case and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.05 of 2023.
