ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] (1)Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

(2)The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the petitioner / father of the detenue Kanimozhi aged 34 years to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cause production of his daughter who is said to be in the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent herein.

(3)When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in CSR.No.109/2024 was registered and a preliminary enquiry was conducted. He would submit that the enquiry revealed that the detenue / daughter of the petitioner is a married lady and she has got separated from her husband and is in the habit of going out of the house. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also add that the detenue is not in the

illegal detention under anyone and that as and when, she is traced and secured, it will be intimated to the petitioner herein. (4)Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands closed.
