This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition imposed to the petitioner in para 8(c) in Crl.O.P.No.3010 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered. 02.06.2025 rsi 2/4
