Seeking issuance of patta based upon possession in survey No.234/1 Lakkor Village & Post, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, the petitioner made a representation dated 14.08.2015 to the 4th respondent. and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third parties if any.
