O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.675 of 2013 on the file of the Respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Deebu Dinesh and Dony for alleged offence of cheating the petitioner company. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner a case has been registered in Crime No.675 of 2013 under section 408 IPC. Though the case has been registered in the year 2013, till date there is no progress in investigation in this case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.675 of 2013 pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
