Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to grant permission to him to conduct dance and cultural programmes on 19.7.2017 at Sri Kannimar Karuppanna Swamy Thirukovil at Jambai Village and Post 638 312, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation being given to the respondent on 27.06.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 19.07.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.

4. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same.

5. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 08.07.2017. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
