The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- directing the 1 to 4 respondents to take action against the 5th and 6th respondents on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2022 for running the poultry farm without obtaining NOC from the 2 & 4 respondents, Navamani Village, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District.

2.Thirumathi.Shanmugavalli Sekar, learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board would submit that the Board has already taken action and issued a closure order on 26.05.2022 and the 6th respondent has already moved the Appellate Authority challenging the order of closure.

3.Hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. This Writ Petition is therefore, closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
