Sadasivam, who is confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in C3/D.O./28/2019 dated 26.04.2019 detaining his father as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.2364 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 05.07.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
