This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17843 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24607 of 2022 on 28.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
