This Court, vide order dated 15.9.2015, has directed the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation within the stipulated time frame and pass orders. In compliance of the same, the third respondent, vide memo dated 28.09.2015 made in Na.Ka.No.2508/B/2015, permitted the petitioner to continue in the same place till the attainment of age of 60 years and also produced a communication to that effect.

The said communication is taken on file and placed on record.

In the light of the said communication, no further orders are necessary.
