ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner seeks for relaxation in the condition imposed in para 6 of the order dated 18.02.2025 passed in Crl.A.No.1651 of 2024.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 18.02.2025.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the petitioner herein is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, we are inclined to pass the following order:- "Paragraph 6 of the order dated 18.02.2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner herein is directed to appear before C1 Flower Bazaar Police Station, on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month at 10.30 A.M. Further, the petitioners shall appear

before the Special Court under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial for Bomb Blast Cases, Chennai at Poonamallee, on all hearing dates, until further orders."
