ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report relating to the Crime No.492 of 2021 on the file of the respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.492 of 2021, no final report is filed till date. 3.
Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
