ORDER

It is the case of the petitioners that the patta has been issued in favour of the petitioners' father on 31.12.1991 and the petitioners' father said to have executed a Will dated 14.05.2014 and thereafter he died on 5.11.2014. On 1.5.2015, the petitioners made a representation seeking joint patta. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2 Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 01.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as to the third parties if any.
