The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 of I.P.C. r/w Section 3 (1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District to consider the petitioners' bail application on their surrender in Crime No.618/2015 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Singarapettai Police Station, Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
