Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 5th respondent to dispose the memo bearing the OMUA. 7/617/2015 dated 4.3.2015 for CANCELLATION OF PATTA in connection with the Block No.155/23 pending before the 6th respondent herein within stipulated period to be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER
The petitioner made a representation to the 5th respondent on (*) 6.1.2015 seeking to cancell the patta given in favour of the 9th respondent. The said representation of the petitioner was forwarded to the 6th respondent for appropriate action. Since no final order is passed till now, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation with the 5th respondent, a direction is issued to the 5th respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated (*) 6.1.2015 and pass appropriate final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the 9th respondent and after getting report from the 6th respondent, if not obtained already.
