ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to implement the order dated 2.7.2008 for cancelling the entry and to effect mutation in the name of the petitioner with respect to the Plot Nos.43, 44 and 45 each measuring 2010 sq.ft. each out of 1 acre and 29 cents comprised in Survey No.33/1, Block No.2, Ward No.2, Perumal Nagar, Thiruvannamalai Town by considering the representation dated 08.06.2017.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2017 , the respondents 3 and 4 have have not passed any orders so far.
3. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents and submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2017 , in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
