ORDER

1. By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petitions is taken up for final disposal. The learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents1, 3 & 5 and Mr.Karthik Raja, learned counsel for TNPSC takes notice for R2.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to regularise the services of the petitioner as a Junior Assistant with all monetary benefits and other attendant benefits as applicable to the petitioner.

3. This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the 1st and 2nd respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 1st and 2nd respondents are directed to consider the same an pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
