This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 339 days in filing the appeal in Spl.S.C.No.9 of 2022 dated 29.02.2024 on the file of the learned Court of Session Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
